| In my opinion, stricter tests are needed to control exhaust fumes and cars which pollute too much should be destroyed. I am sixteen and I am going to learn to drive soon - my parents are not rich and so I am not going to be able to have a new car; with stricter controls even a small cheap car would not pollute too much.
