2010 - Higher Reading

Please place your mouse over each task number on the navigation bar above. You will see a description of each exercise appear on the left.

Please click on the task number to take you to the exercise of your choice. Bonne Chance!

Question 1 - Un week-end chez mes grands-parents Multiple choice exercise. Read the text, look at each question and choose one answer. Once all your answers are in place, click on “Mark it”.

Question 2 - Noël Drag & drop multiple choice exercise. Please read the text for each place. Click on the place name on the greenish tabs to read the text. Drag and drop your answer into the slot. Once all your answers are in place, click on “Finish”.

Question 3 - Et si vous gagniez UN MILLION? Multi-select and multiple choice exercise. Click on each name to read the person’s text (you will see their picture when you mouseover). Click on “Mark it” when you have done each question.

Question 4 - Ma vie Multiple choice exercise. Please read the text - scroll down using the blue scroll bar - and select an answer for each question. Please click on “Mark it!” after each question.

Question 5 - Une chanteuse célèbre Fill in the blanks exercise. Please read the text on the left and fill in the blanks by typing a wor in the gap in French. Click on “Mark it!” after each question.

Question 6- Mes loisirs Fill in the blanks exercise. Please read Manon’s letter and fill in the blanks in French. Please click on “Mark it!” when all your answers are in place.

Question 7 - Le soir Drag and drop mutliple choice exercise. Read Lauren’s account of what he does in the evening and fill in the blanks in the summary by dragging and dropping the words into the correct gap. Please click on “Mark it” once all your answers are in place.

Question 8 - Study at a training centre Multi-skill exercise. Please read Mathilde’s account of her studies (using the blur scroll bar to see all the text), read each question and complete the exercise. Look at the point value for each question carefully. Click on “Mark it!” once all your answers are in place.
